Anap Foundation has provided financial assistance to The Leadership Enterprise for African Development (LEAD) which is an initiative promoted jointly by Yale University and the Institute for Research on African Women, Children and Culture.
LEAD’s vision is to positively impact political and business leadership, improve civic society and encourage sustainable business practices. The goal of LEAD is to strengthen leadership, support development and enhance good governance and they aim to achieve these goals by, inter alia, providing training and building capacity for leaders.
The LEAD initiative already has strong support in the academic community, the endorsement of African political leaders and significant international interest.
